An historic hoard of Roman coins will be showcased at the Broadway Museum and Art Gallery from Friday 7th April 2017.
Two metal detectorists discovered the Bredon Hill Hoard in June 2011. The hoard, the largest ever found in Worcestershire, dates back to the 3rd Century. A selection of the coins, which feature 16 different Roman Emperors, will be on display at the Museum until the end of May 2017.
More information on the Bredon Hoard can be found in Current Archaeology.
