Our magical, fairytale Santa’s Grotto is fully accessible and ready for you to enjoy a visit to Santa so that you can tell him what you would like for Christmas!
All children to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES
Don’t worry! You can always just turn up and queue, if prebooking doesn’t work for you! 🙂 Prebooked timeslots will get priority.

Each experience lasts up to 10 minutes for your whole family. Please make sure you arrive 5 mins before your time slot.
We have made 4 child tickets available per slot, if you require more than 4 children in your booking, please do contact us and we will make special provisions for you!
