Access

In view of the age and complexity of our listed building only the ground floor of the museum is accessible to disabled visitors. We do not have a lift to the various floors.

We have ramps to assist you into the building and can provide tea and coffee. You will have access to the Broadway’s timeline exhibit which details the village’s history. We can also provide you with all the relevant material currently available about the museum.

Our volunteers will do their best to make you feel at home and if time allows they can tell you more about the exhibits and special exhibitions.

We have a fully accessible toilet and there is one disabled parking space opposite the Museum. More disabled parking is available on the High Street and in Broadway car parks.

Directions:

By Car – Broadway village is off the A44 between Stow-on-the-Wold and Evesham approaching from the South and off the A44 just after Evesham travelling from Worcester or the M5 junction 6 from the North. Broadway is approximately 1 hour from Oxford, 30 minutes from Cheltenham, 40 minutes from the M5 and 15 minutes from Evesham.

There are 650 spaces in 3 car parks in Broadway. For more information follow the link

By Train – closest stations are Evesham, Honeybourne or Moreton In Marsh on the London to Hereford line (FGW). Oxford to Honeybourne is a 50 minute rail journey. Buses run from Cheltenham to Broadway. The London to Cheltenham route is most helpful for a bus connection.
