As you can see, the museum is decked with festive finery including some splendid trees and wreaths. It brings an extra sparkle to the top of the High Street and has already been turning heads.

Broadway’s late shopping nights are on 26th November and 3rd December and the museum will be serving mulled wine and hot food between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. Keep your eyes peeled for more events during December.

Our final lecture of the year is on 25th November. The lecture is Who was Who in Broadway in the 1880s. There were just three seats left when I last looked. If you miss out, don’t despair as a live webinar option is available. Call the museum or look at the website under What’s On for details of tickets and pricing.

Finally, a quick reminder that our superb Sargent exhibition closes on 5th December. It’s your last chance to see what all the fuss is about, with beautiful paintings by John Singer Sargent, his sister Emily and their friends.
