February 5 @ 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
We invite you to our Volunteers’ Fayre
Wednesday 5th February from 11.00 am to 2.30 pm
at Broadway Museum & Art Gallery
Coffees and Cakes will be served!
Volunteering can be very rewarding and is a great way to: meet new people; engage with the public; gain new or use existing skills; get experience in a field of work that interests you; make a big difference to your community. Other benefits volunteers at the Museum enjoy include an annual outing and a Christmas Party, as well as social events organised throughout the year.
Come along to the Museum on Wednesday 5th February to have an informal chat with some of our friendly team about what volunteering means to them, and to find out more about volunteering at the Museum. We are currently looking for volunteers to help in a variety of roles. These include: front of house, welcoming visitors and introducing them to all the museum has to offer; working the till in the shop and keeping the shop neat and tidy; setting up and serving drinks and nibbles at evening events; DIY; cleaning; and admin tasks. If any of these roles appeal to you, we would love to meet you.
If you are interested call 01386 859047 on Thursdays or Fridays, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details. We will look forward to hearing from you! You would also be very welcome to turn up on the day.
