The Museum is very disabled friendly. Unfortunately, in view of the age and complexity of our listed building, we do not have a lift to the various floors.
We can, however, help you into the building and have ramps to assist, provide tea and coffee, and you will have access to the Broadway’s Timeline exhibit which details the towns history and its period of prosperity from the wool trade. We can also provide you with all the relevant material currently available about the museum.
Our volunteers will do their best to make you feel at home and if time allows the can tell you more about the exhibits and special exhibitions.
We have a fully accessible toilet and there is one disabled parking space opposite the Museum. More disabled parking is available in the High Street and car parks.
In 2019 we will be working towards producing a continuous loop of pictures showing the artefacts that are less accessible to you.
