Our next talk will be about the loss of the Titanic and RMS Carpathia’s race to reach the stricken liner – with a Broadway connection. It will be presented by Paul Barnett, a maritime historian. There are still a few tickets left at time of writing. The talk will take place at the museum on Thursday, 28th October. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Tickets are £10 each (£9 for Friends and Benefactors) which includes a pre-talk glass of wine (or soft drink).

Interested but unable to attend in person? We’ll be broadcasting the talk live as a webinar. Full booking details are on our website (under What’s On) and the price is £5. The Broadway Museum Lecture Series is sponsored by NFU Mutual (Moreton-in-Marsh).

A quick reminder that our final talk of the series will take place on Thursday, 25th November, when Dr Karen Bloch will talk us through Who was Who in Broadway in the 1880s.

Looking forward to seeing you soon.
